Wingfoot (formerly Treadco, Inc.), a retread, truck tire production warehouse and service facility is a Design/Build project that is located in Springdale, AR.   This 60,000 square foot facility has a two story office area and a covered installation and service area within the main structure. The building is constructed of pre-engineered steel with an exterior finish of tilt wall concrete, topped by a standing seam metal roof.  This project was constructed by our Northwest Arkansas branch.
