SSi's training goal is to make the construction trades and project management training programs part of an on-going process.   SSi has a 4 year Carpentry Plus Program that can take successful students from laborers to some type of supervisory work in just 4 years while giving them the opportunity to increase their wages as they increase their construction skills.   We actively seek employees who are interested in developing skills in the construction industry.
