This Sunnymede Elementary School construction project consisted of a 35,000 square foot renovation and addition that included complete reconstruction of the kitchen, adding administrative offices,
and several classroom additions. A new standing seam roofing system was installed over the existing flat roof and incorporated into the roof of this pre-engineered metal building construction.
The exterior of the structure was finished with masonry walls topped with EIFS.
This project was completed with a parking lot addition that better routed the school's traffic for safer drop-off and pick-up of students.
