At SSi we aggressively pursue the satisfaction of our clients at the completion of each and every project. Generally, our post construction services extend for one year. We closely monitor warranties on equipment and guarantees on goods and materials. Our pro-active services include taking care of replacements and repairs of problems not related to normal maintenance wear and tear.
SSi understands the value of our post construction services because 70% of our business is directly related to a previous project and the follow up program that accompanied it.
Our post-occupancy evaluation consists of 30 points focusing on:

Administration including complete shop drawings, submittals, plans and specifications with warranties and accessible senior management
