MarketPlace Grill

MarketPlace Grill is a unique structure reminiscent of an old feed mill with ramps lining the exterior of the building and running up to an aged, wooden loading dock. This 10,420 square foot high tech restaurant is a wood frame and brick structure. The front exterior curved wall is actually made up of ten overhead doors that can be raised during nice weather. These doors frame the circular area that resembles a loading dock from
by gone years.

MarketPlace Grill is one of three structures in a new commercial development situated on a recently constructed street at a rapidly growing Fort Smith intersection. Austin quarry stone is used to unite these three different commercial enterprises into one unified complex. MarketPlace Grill's brick exterior, paned doors and windows, and western red cedar decking combine beautifully with the light colored quarry stone and continues the architecturally interesting and diverse new commercial development.
