When our Construction Management Services are contracted, SSi is the manager of the project team and not the active builder.   Under this framework, SSi brings together the architectural, engineering, and construction disciplines agreed upon by the owner.

  During field construction, as the Construction Manager, SSi is responsible for safety, job inspection, payment to sub-contractors and suppliers, field scheduling, cost controls, value engineering, project records, progress reports to the owner, and administration of construction contracts.   We direct and monitor construction requirements in planning, estimating, bidding, and awarding of contracts for construction of building projects.    These projects are expedited through the knowledge, teamwork, and skilled project management experience that SSi has compiled throughout its 30 plus years in the building construction industry.
